Daxlore Destiny owned by Anna Meszaros gained his US title November 10th at the age of 21 months, having won the necessary points at Chesapeake Kennel Club of Maryland, Upper Marlboro KC, Maryland KC, Upper Potomac KC, and Salisbury Maryland KC under judges Timothy Catterson, Nancy Dougherty, Paula Hartinger, Carol Esterkin and Mrs Houston (Toddie) Clark.
Daxlore Amir at Fernlark gained his UK title (October 18th) at the Saluki or Gazelle Hound Club Championship Show where he was awarded the dog CC and BOS by judge Ian Veal. Previously Amir was Best in Show at the Saluki or Gazelle Hound Club Championship Show 2004 under Ann Blake and in 2008 he was awarded Best in Show at the Northern Saluki Club Championship show by Clair Cryssolor. Amir has also won at the highest level in Europe (see below)
At his first dog show, Daxlore Yanis (Daxlore Dezi x Ch Aziz Qesas Daxlore), aged 7 months, owned by Ricardo Oliveira, of Portugal, won Best Puppy in Breed, Best of Breed (Judge Mr Jose Homem de Mello, Portugal) and Best Group 10 (Judge Mrs Ewa Nielsen, Sweden) at the at 16th National dog show of the Alto Alentejo on November 4th.
Ch Aziz Qesas Daxlore was Best Bitch at Falapa (Le Touquet 21st September) under breed specialist Lotta Brun.
Daxlore Khiram (Daxlore Dezi x Daxlore Carima) owned by Francesca Zampini, Italy, won the puppy dog class.
Daxlore Amir of Fernlark has followed up his success at the Northern Saluki Club Championship Show in April when he was Best in Show by being placed fourth under Norman Huidobro Corbett of Spain at the World Show in Stockholm, Sweden in an Open Class of 20.
He is also well on his way to gaining his Italian and International titles having won the CAC, CACIB abd BOB at Terni International Show, Italy; CAC, CACIB, Best of Group and Reserve Best in Show at Ferrara International Show; CAC, CACIB, BOB and Group 3 at Orvieto International Show and CAC, CACIB and Best Opposite Sex at San Marino International Show.
Amir is now jointly owned by Francesca Zampini, Helen Graham and Sheryl Steer.
At the Northern Saluki Club Championship Show (UK, 27.4.08) Daxlore Amir at Fernlark won the dog CC, BOB and Best in Show from an entry of 120, judge Clair Cryssolor (Anasazi).
Aziz Barakat Daxlore, aged 15 months, won the Yearling and Post Graduate classes.
11th May Amir’s litter brother Daxlore Asiqa at Kainai won the dog CC and BOB at Birmingham National Dog Show, UK, judge C. K. Thornton.
10th May Sp Ch Daxlore Camran al Caravan won CAC, CACIB, BOB and Group 3 at the Club Portugues de Canicultura International Show in Elvas, Portugal, judge Philip John (India).
11th May Ch Daxlore Camran won CAC, CACIB and BOB under judge Kresten Scheels at the Sociedad Canina de Extremadura International Show, Basajoz, Spain.
